MECH-EL INDUSTRIES, INC. is manufacturing the MEI line of bonders (Formerly Marpet Enterprises, Inc.). MEI has been supplying microelectronics assembly equipment to the industry for over 30 years. In that time MEI has built a reputation for providing simple, reliable, solutions to a wide variety of assembly applications. The Company offers a full line of manual and semi-automatic wire and die bonders along with custom designs and configurations to solve any assembly requirement.
Mech-El provides a full line of manual wire bonders for ultrasonic, thermosonic, and thermocompression bonding. Mech-El will continue to produce the 700, 800, 900 and 1200 series of bonders. Mech-el bonders will come with the MEI Manufacturers warranty.
Mech-El is the only factory authorized service center. We provide prompt service and support. We will also provide parts for Mech-El machines.Mech-El will be able to factory refurbish your MEI bonder in our "Good as new" program. We can also refurbish logic cards, power supplies, dampers, etc.
We are the only Factory Authorized source for Mech-El and Marpet brand equipment, parts and service worldwide.
